Qualification	Resource Person 1: Post Graduate in Business Management / Rural Management / Cooperative Management (CAIIB an added advantage). Resource Person 2: Graduate in any discipline. Technology-savvy; degree/diploma in technology desirable; minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
Age Limit	Preferred age less than 50 years (relaxable). For retired/resigned officers with suitable experience, maximum age 65 years.
